Biography
Randa Kamel began with ballet and entered the Reda Troupe as a teenager, where she spent several years performing Egyptian folklore. She later moved into solo Raqs Sharqi and became known for extraordinary power, speed and emotional intensity. Her performances frequently emphasise strong accents, travelling energy and a highly physical relationship with live music.
