Kamilia

Kamilia is a Brazilian-born Oriental dancer whose career has unfolded largely within professional Middle Eastern entertainment markets. She began dance at a very young age and later received training connected with the renowned Caracalla dance environment in Lebanon. Her professional work included television and major hotel performances in Lebanon, the Gulf and Egypt. In Cairo she performed in high-level venues and shared professional environments with several of the major Egyptian stars of her generation. Kamilia's career eventually expanded beyond performing into teaching, artistic production and event organisation. More than three decades of direct professional experience across several Arab countries make her an important example of an international dancer whose career developed primarily inside Middle Eastern entertainment rather than in Western festival culture.
